Born in New York and raised in Orange County, Lee brings local knowledge, extensive lending experience, and a practical approach to every transaction. His background allows him to evaluate both traditional loans and more complicated situations that may require creativity, speed, or a different lending strategy.

Lee has been married to his wife, Antoinette, for more than 30 years. He is the proud father of Alexandra and Ethan Kulick, and the proud grandfather of Colson and Haven.
